One of the world's best shirt brands comes from Sweden. In a small town outside Borås you will find Gånghester. In 1928 Annie and David Petterson started a shirt factory. In this factory they manufactured shirts with the best cotton and an unsurpassed sewing. To expand the company, the owners chose to export the shirts to the UK. At that time, Eton went under the business name "Svenska Skjortfabriken Special" and it would not have been so easy for the English to pronounce it, so they chose the name Eton which, to this day, is one of the UK's most famous universities.
Today, Eton can be found all over the world and what distinguishes Eton most is their non-iron fabric and quality.
